When I go to the gym I always see women working on an elliptical machine at the same speed for 30 to 60 minutes. They believe that by doing this type of fitness program will help you lose weight. A continuous training can burn calories, but it is not healthy or that increases the resistance.

Best Fitness Program

Interval training is a fitness program better. Interval training works to your maximum speed for 1 minute. Then slows down, more of a relaxed pace for aMinute. You should repeat this process 7-8 times for a total of 15 to 20 minutes. The purpose of the elliptical training is to increase your stamina and metabolism.

Go slow and steady is good, but what is worse at full speed from 20 to 30 minutes. I see women with their legs back and forth as quickly as possible. Yes, it seems that they are in great shape and makes a great fitness program, but could do more harm than good.

Cardio Workout

The partmissing some women with cardio-training is the heart. The goal is to train our heart to accelerate as normal and then slow down again. Full Tilt and then go immediately quiet, not a good combination. If your goal is to increase your heart a good resistance training program range is a better way to go.

The best part of interval training, you can use the same results or better in 15 or 20 minutes, which would require 30 minutes or continuous high speed running to get to.

NotHow Elliptical Machines

Some people do not like cross trainers and what can they do? Two good alternatives would use a bicycle or walk.

Bicycle

A bicycle is a great fitness program that really works the legs and lower back muscles. With a bike you can still use the same routine. Training hard for 1 minute and then slowly in the next minute. Do this for 15 or 20 minutes. If you are just beginning a fitness program you might want to go for 10 to 15 minutesinitially.

Race

If you are running, but you must choose one of two ways. One is a treadmill, good choice, since it uses a clock in front of you while working out. The second runs on a track if it is offered at your gym. Follow said the same interval training, as before. They run fast for one minute and then walk the next minute.

Problems with the execution

The problems that some people are running towards the bike or elliptical machinewear on the knees. Knee problems are a major reason, elliptical machines were invented because developed should take the pressure on the knee.

The part I like best with interval training is, how easily you can go to my fitness program. One day on the treadmill, then I can do the next day by bicycle. Whatever machine you choose, you should do interval training as a fitness program. I know for me, my heart dropped a lot since I started thisFitness program for over a year and a half ago.

The most important thing is to do something every day.
